About this project

Niks Essential Oils is a Lagos-based wellness brand that stocks high-quality, 100 % organic and wild-crafted essential oils, carrier oils and hydrosols.
Their mission is to bring pure, high-quality botanical oils to consumers who care about wellness, skin health and natural products.

Our objective was to build a website that reflects the premium nature of the brand, showcases the product range clearly, enables easy browsing and ordering, and reinforces trust through good design, content and performance.

Website Navigation

We built a clean, intuitive menu system with items such as Home, Shop, Product Categories (Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, Hydrosols), About Us, Contact Us, FAQs.

Key pages include:

  • Home — brand introduction, feature products, value proposition

  • Shop / Products — listing of essential oils, carrier oils, hydrosols, filters by category

  • Product Detail Pages — with images, descriptions, usage notes, purity claims

  • About Us — the brand story, sourcing, quality emphasis

  • Contact Us — inquiry form, support info

  • FAQs / Usage & Safety Info — usage guidance, certifications, etc

Contact methods such as phone number and email are displayed clearly on the Contact page and throughout header/footer to ensure easy access for users.

The site is responsive across devices (desktop, tablet, phone) so that browsing the product list, reading descriptions and placing orders is smooth for all users.

Customers can browse the products, view details, add to cart or place an order (depending on how the site is set up) and complete checkout or send an order enquiry via form.

A consultation page letting customers request personalized style/fit consults or bespoke design services for special events (e.g. weddings).

Prominent buttons and sections like “Shop Now”, “Explore Product Range”, “Contact Us for Bulk Order” were placed to guide visitors toward browsing the catalogue or placing orders.

We implemented on-page SEO: meta titles and descriptions tailored to “essential oils Lagos”, “100% organic carrier oils”, etc. Google Search Console and Analytics were integrated to monitor traffic, user behaviour and conversions.

Links/buttons for social media presence are included so candidates/institutions can follow and connect.

We created content aligned with the brand’s wellness & quality focus: e.g., purity of oils, sourcing, benefits for skin/health, how to use, and what sets them apart. Visual imagery supports the premium feel.

Social links were incorporated (Instagram, Facebook) so users can follow the brand for updates and engage via social channels.

We optimized images and layout for fast loading. Clear fonts and good contrast were used so the site is accessible and user friendly.
